Team accounts on Kibela will be frozen (suspended) in the following circumstances:
- If the trial period ends before a credit card is registered
- If a bill is unpaid
- If no one has logged into the account for more than a year
When a team account is frozen, you will be unable to view or write on Kibela.
However, the team owner can do the following:
☑︎ Register and change a credit card
☑︎ Downgrade to the Community Plan
☑︎ Delete users
Restore a team account
To restore a frozen team, the team owner must register a valid credit card or downgrade to the Community Plan.
Teams frozen for more than 2 months will be subject to termination.
