Use Zapier to connect services such as Gmail and Trello with Kibela.
By automating decisions based on certain triggers, you will be able to reduce manual tasks and boost efficiency.
Here’s how to connect Kibela and Slack using Zapier.
- Zapier trigger settings
- Create an account with Zapier (to learn how to create an account, read this)
- Click the “Invite URL from Kibela” below
Once you will see the image below, click “Accept Invite & Build a Zap.”
Click “Make a Zap!”
Register the trigger.
Add a trigger.
Click “1. When this happens...”
Type “Kibela” and select.
Select the trigger event.
Select “New Note.”
Set the team account.
Under “Choose Account,” click “Add a New Account.”
Enter the Kibela team account domain (the domain name is the text between https://******.kibe.la/) and the API access token (click here to learn how to obtain the access token).
Click the destination group and click “Yes, Continue.”
(Notifications will be sent to this destination group).
Run the test by clicking “Test & Continue.”
The test is complete if “New Note A” appears under “Find Data.” Kibela has successfully connected with Zapier.
2. Action settings
To connect with Slack, first search for Slack in the search bar.
Select the notification channel and click “Continue.”
Sign in to Slack.
Allow requests for access.
Click “Continue.”
Set the channel message details.

Select the notification channel.
2.Message Text
Enter a message that’ll be shown at time of notification.
If you wish to include the note title and link to the note in the message, click the box icon in the upper right corner.
3.Send as a bot?
Choose to send notifications via bot.
If you select “no,” the notification will be sent by the person who set it up.
4.Bot name (if the bot was selected)
Enter the bot name.

Set the bot icon.
(to customize the icon, create a custom emoji).
6. Include a link to this Zap?
Choose to show the Zap link in the message. If maintaining Zapier with several users, select yes. If not, choose no.
Click “Done Editing.”
Send a test to the channel.
If the test has passed, a notification will be sent to the channel.
