On billing

When paying by invoice, you will be billed for a fixed number of users. For example, if you have 7 users, you will be billed for 10 users, if you have 15 users, you will be billed for 20 users. 

On the fixed number of billed users

Invoice payments are handled on an individual basis, and so therefore there may be discrepancies in the actual usage and the billing amount. 

If paying by credit card, the usage fee is calculated as “monthly usage fee x active users (users who have logged into Kibela at least once that month).” However if paying by invoice, your bill will be calculated differently. 

To avoid this discrepancy, we suggest not making changes to the number of users.
