For Schools and Research Institutions

Organizations from educational institutions such as elementary schools, junior high schools, high schools, universities (including junior colleges), graduate schools, and vocational schools that use the service for classes, research, or extracurricular activities can use it for free.

For Nonprofit Organizations

Non-profit organizations that can confirm their activity records online can use the service at the NPO price. Private communities that cannot confirm their activity records online are not eligible.

Eligible Organizations:

• Non-profit organizations
• OSS projects
• Tech communities and tech conference organizations 
• Social groups and clubs
• PTAs (Parent-Teacher Associations)

Organizations are not eligible if:

• They are linked to antisocial forces (including organized crime groups, members of such groups, right-wing organizations, and others who fall into this category).
• They support or are involved with antisocial forces through funding or any other means.
• They engage in discrimination based on race, nationality, creed, gender, social status, or family origin.
• They have violated Kibela’s terms of service in the past.

Renewal Process (Annual)

If you wish to continue using Kibela after a year, please contact us again using the "How to apply" below by the month before the expiration date.

*If you fail to contact us before your contract expires, we will freeze your account and delete it after a certain period of time in accordance with Article 5 of the Terms of Service.

1. Create a Kibela team eligible for the free or NPO pricing via the official Kibela website.
2. Submit the required information to the contact below.

(If there is no dedicated website, provide a page that verifies the organization’s affiliation or existence.)
 *If the organization has engaged in for-profit activities (such as selling goods, collecting donations, charging membership fees, or participation fees), provide relevant financial statements or other documents explaining the usage.

FAQ

Q: Do we need to apply for the nonprofit discount if we have 5 users or fewer? 

A: No, if you have 5 users or fewer, you can use the free Community Plan.
