Kibela offers three types of plans: Community Plan, Standard Plan, and Enterprise Plan. The differences are explained below:
The Plans
Community PLan
- Fees: none
- Number of users: up to five
- Number of groups: up to four
- Storage: 1GB per month per user
Standard Plan
- Fees: 550 yen (tax included) per month per user
- Deductions via Kibela Points depending on previous month’s usage
- Number of users: unlimited
- Number of groups: unlimited
- Storage: 5GB per month per user
- Audit log feature
Enterprise Plan
- Fees: 1,650 yen (tax included) per month per user
- Deductions via Kibela Points depending on previous month’s usage
- Number of users: unlimited
- Number of groups: unlimited
- Storage: 20GB per month per user
- Access restrictions via IP address
- Single Sign-on via SAML2.0
- Priority support from Kibela
- Audit log feature
Free trial of paid plans
When you sign up to Kibela on the Standard Plan or the Enterprise Plan, you will be eligible for a free trial period where you will be able to access all features on the paid plan. Do check out the features on the paid plans during the trial period to see what works for your team.

Create a new account from either of the pages below to start your trial period.

For users already on the Community Plan
From the “Plan” page, click either plan.
Once your plan has been changed, your trial will automatically begin.

To continue usage
To continue using Kibela, register your credit card details during the free trial period from the “Payment Method” page. If the trial period ends before registering your card details, your team account will be frozen.
